material description

14K gold-filled

"American 14K gold-filled" is a process developed in the USA for producing jewelry components from a base material consisting of a mixture of gold and silver. It consists of a thick layer of 14-carat gold that is mechanically pressed or hot-applied to a brass base.

18K Gold Plated S925 Sterling Silver

Gold Vermeil is made of high-quality sterling silver at its core, covered with a thick, multiple layer of real gold. To make your new favorite piece of jewelry even more robust, we only use the finest 18-carat gold for our gold plating. This special process enables us to produce long-lasting jewelry that is very similar to pure gold jewelry without having to charge excessive prices.

S 925 Sterling silver

Our silver jewelry is made from the highest quality 925 sterling silver, an alloy of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% copper.

pearls

We only use genuine natural pearls. Most are freshwater pearls. They come from trusted pearl farmers in China who meet high ethical standards. Each pearl is unique and makes your piece of jewelry something very special. Natural pearls, especially baroque pearls, are full of uniquely beautiful properties; their roundness, bulges and colors make each piece of jewelry unique.

gemstones

We carefully select each of our genuine precious and semi-precious stones by hand to ensure that they will last you a lifetime. In addition to the highest quality and ethical extraction, our stones are characterized by their rarity and natural beauty. No two stones are the same and that is exactly what makes them special.

Lapis lazuli , also called azurite or lapis for short, is a shiny blue mineral mixture that, depending on where it was found, can consist of different proportions of the minerals lazurite, pyrite, calcite, as well as smaller amounts of diopside, sodalite and others. Its solid structure, however, makes it more of a precious stone than a mineral. In ancient Egypt, this gemstone was given to the pharaohs on their journey to the afterlife, one of the most precious gifts. Fun fact: The Water Wave Life Fountain in Vienna was made from a lapis lazuli monolith weighing 18.3 tons from Chile.

Aquamarine , named after the color of sea water, is the blue to blue-green member of the beryl family. It is the symbolized birthstone for March. In Western cultures, aquamarine is strongly associated with the sea due to its color and name. Its mystical meaning traditionally includes protection of sailors and fishermen, as well as travelers in general.
